The day after we returned from our honeymoon, we moved into our new home! We packed up all of our wedding presents and everything in my temporary apartment, and then we drove the hour and half to our new place. Mike drove a cargo van with all of the boxes, and I drove our car with all of the odd shaped things and our photos and pictures. Luckily when we arrived, several of Mike's coworkers were waiting to help unload! We got everything into our new apartment and then worked on getting settled. We actually managed to unpack pretty much everything within a week. Unfortunately, our U-Haul Box that was shipped across the country arrived a few days late, but eventually we got all of our things put away. One of the most fun things was unpacking wedding presents!! We were so lucky; we received so many lovely gifts! Mike made a tower out of all of the boxes, and it reached the ceiling! We are now well settled in and are enjoying our new apartment. Stay tuned for a tour soon!
